dzień 37

A ja nadal w zielonych klimatach. Rano przed pracą wypiłam dużego szejka i mało nie zapomniałam o śniadaniu, bo taka byłam pełna. Bardzo dobrze się czuję po sokach własnej roboty, mam dużo energii po nich i jest mi tak lekko.
Na obiad zrobiłam makaron z kurczakiem i szpinakiem.
Całość wyszła mi za 9 punktów, ale nie dałam rady wszystkiego zjeść:
170 gram piersi z kurczaka- 5pkt
200 gram makaronu- 2,5pkt
kropla oliwy + kostka warzywna- 1pkt
szpinak + pół cebulki + czosnek- 0pkt
kilka kropel sosu czosnkowego -0,5pkt
